We are looking for energetic and hardworking Site Supervisors to join our construction team. Both freshers and experienced candidates with ITI or Diploma qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers.

- Monitor labour productivity and daily work progress.

- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per drawings and instructions.

- Monitor material usage and site requirements.

- Maintain daily site progress reports.

- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.

- Assist site engineers in planning and executing construction activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: ITI (Civil / Draughtsman Civil)



or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic knowledge of building construction and site activities.

- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.

- Good communication and team coordination skills.

- Willingness to work at construction sites.

- Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.

Salary & Perks
