We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with 5–10 years of practical experience in building construction projects. The candidate should be capable of independently supervising site activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities, including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and related works.
- Manage labour teams, subcontractors, and daily work allocation.
- Execute construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily work progress, labour productivity, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
- Ensure construction quality and compliance with safety requirements.
- Maintain daily progress reports and labour attendance records.
- Plan and coordinate materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.




- Identify site execution issues and report them to the project engineer.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: ITI (Civil / Draughtsman Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years in civil building construction.
- Solid practical knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Experience in handling labour teams and subcontractors independently.
- Good knowledge of construction quality and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits Salary: Based on experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
