Udhyam Constructions is hiring a Site Supervision Engineer - Civil for full time, in-person work in Kochi, Kerala. This role focuses on supervising site execution against drawings and specifications while keeping daily activities coordinated and clearly reported.

Experience: 2–4 years.

Salary: INR 20,000–50,000 per month.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred for this engineering position. ITI candidates with relevant civil site supervision experience may also apply. Prior experience in interior projects is desirable.

You will oversee daily site activities and coordinate labour, subcontractors, vendors and engineers. The work includes monitoring timelines, checking quality and finishing, coordinating material usage and helping reduce waste. You will support measurements and quantities used for billing, prepare daily site reports, maintain site safety and discipline, and support project handover.





Strong site supervision also involves keeping the people carrying out the work aligned with drawings, specifications and daily site requirements. You should be able to develop and implement site policies and procedures where needed and handle your assigned responsibilities independently.

We are seeking candidates with proven site management experience with reputed contractors and good communication and coordination skills. You should be comfortable overseeing the practical details of site work while maintaining consistent reporting and coordination.

Travel to project sites is required. The role is suitable for a civil engineering professional who can remain closely involved in daily execution, work quality and the progress of assigned site activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
