Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide operational support for critical business applications and infrastructure.
- Participate in P1/P2 incident management activities, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore services.
- Ensure all incidents and service requests are resolved within defined SLA and SLO targets.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring incidents.
- Manage incident backlog and prioritize remediation activities.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, observability, and dashboard solutions.
- Implement automation solutions for operational tasks, deployments, monitoring, and compliance activities.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges at enterprise scale.




- Leverage AI and automation technologies to improve incident detection, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
- Explore innovative solutions to enhance reliability engineering practices and operational workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during critical incidents and major events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Operations Engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or similar.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, container platforms, and cloud-native architectures is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies and operational AI solutions.
