Udhyam Constructions is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor - Civil to coordinate people, materials and daily work at project sites. The position is full time and in person, based in Kochi, Kerala, with travel to project sites required.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience. The salary range is INR 20,000–50,000 per month. This recruitment campaign has 5 openings in total.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. ITI candidates with relevant civil site supervision experience are also eligible for this supervisor role. Interior project experience is desirable.

Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day site operations and coordinating labour, vendors, subcontractors and engineers. You will follow drawings and specifications, monitor timelines, and oversee work quality and finishing. You will coordinate material usage, help minimise material waste, and support measurements and quantities for billing.





The role also includes maintaining daily site reports, upholding safety and discipline, and supporting project handover. Where required, you will develop and implement site policies and procedures to support site operations.

We are looking for proven site management experience with reputed contractors, clear communication and effective coordination skills. You should be able to work independently, handle site responsibilities efficiently, and keep daily site activities organised.

This role places emphasis on practical supervision and the connections between site activities. The successful candidate should be comfortable coordinating daily work while keeping attention on materials, progress, quality and the information required for reporting and handover.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
