⚡ Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

We are looking for an experienced SRE Engineer to improve service reliability, system availability, performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, monitoring, automation, incident management, and production support.

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets

✅ Manage production incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and service restoration

✅ Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reliability dashboards

✅ Automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual effort

✅ Support service transition, operational readiness, and continuous improvement





✅ Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and operations teams to enhance system resilience

? Required Skills:

? 6–7 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, IT Operations, or Platform Engineering

? Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Splunk

? Scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or similar technologies

? CI/CD tools and deployment automation

? Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

? Docker and Kubernetes

? Incident Management, Problem Management, RCA, and ITIL/ITSM processes
