We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Incharge to manage daily site operations, supervise manpower, and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily site activities.
Handle manpower allocation and attendance.
Monitor work progress and maintain quality standards.
Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
Coordinate with management, staff, and clients.
Maintain daily reports and site records.
Resolve site-related issues efficiently.
Ensure work is completed on time.
Requirements
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to manage staff and site operations.
Previous experience in site supervision preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
