Duties and Responsibilities:Main Duties

● Visit project sites and customer locations as required and supervise site-related activities for lighting installation and execution.

● Coordinate with customers, contractors, electricians, consultants and site representatives to ensure smooth execution of assigned work.

● Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, project requirements and company standards.

● Coordinate and supervise installation, testing and commissioning of lighting fixtures, systems and related equipment.

● Attend customer complaints and service requests, inspect the issue and coordinate timely troubleshooting and resolution.

● Identify technical/site issues and coordinate with the Technical, Projects, Production, Purchase and Stores teams for corrective action.

● Maintain skilled communication with customers and keep them informed regarding site progress, service status and expected resolution timelines.

● Verify materials received at site and ensure proper handling, storage and installation of company products and equipment.

● Prepare and submit site visit reports, service reports, photographs, observations, measurements and other required documentation.

● Maintain records of installation,



commissioning, complaints, service visits, actions taken and closure status.

● Coordinate shipment timing, installation schedules and site readiness requirements with internal teams and external stakeholders.

● Support contractors and customers during post-sale, installation, testing and service activities.

● Identify unforeseen complications during site/service activities and recommend effective practical solutions to the reporting manager.

● Ensure adherence to site safety requirements and immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents or potential risks.

● Follow up on pending site/service issues until closure and ensure commitments made to customers are properly tracked.

● Update applicable company systems, reports or trackers with accurate project and service information.

● Coordinate with Sales / Business Development, Technical Support, Projects, Production, Purchase, Stores and Accounts for smooth execution of activities.

● Perform any other site, service or project-related responsibility assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
