Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Raipur Area.

The Site

Engineer will oversee daily site activities, including monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include supervising quality control procedures, verifying materials and workmanship, resolving technical issues on site, and supporting structural and civil engineering requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate site documentation, preparing progress reports,



and communicating regularly with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within standards.

Qualifications

- Strong on-site supervision skills, with the ability to manage daily construction activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Effective communication abilities for collaborating with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, safety standards, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Foundational understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in civil construction projects.
- Background in civil engineering, preferably with experience working as or alongside civil engineers on active project sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic engineering and site management tools.
- Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Prior experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects in a site-based role is an advantage.
