Job Summary

Toprock Interiors is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to supervise and manage interior design and fit-out projects at site. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design concepts, construction drawings, finishing materials, and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all interior works are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Read, interpret, and implement interior design drawings, architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure that interior works are executed according to approved designs, layouts, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams.
- Monitor and supervise installation works, including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, painting, joinery, cabinetry, doors, and other interior elements.
- Ensure proper selection, measurement, and installation of interior materials as per project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved drawings.
- Identify site discrepancies, design conflicts, and technical issues,



and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site inspection reports, and material requirement lists.
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery, storage, and availability to avoid project delays.
- Verify site measurements and ensure that all dimensions match the approved drawings and actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to ensure efficient execution of interior works.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in site engineering, interior fit-out, or interior finishing projects.
- Good knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, interior design layouts, and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred; familiarity with other design or project coordination software is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, quality control, measurements, and finishing works.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to work on project sites in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or office interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
