About Destylus Designer Pvt. Ltd.

Destylus Designer Pvt. Ltd. is involved in residential and commercial interior design, interior execution and civil construction projects across Tamil Nadu, with operations and registrations extending to Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh and Haryana.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to supervise civil and interior execution activities, manage contractors and labour, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise residential and commercial interior and civil construction projects.
- Execute work according to approved architectural, civil and interior drawings.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, contractors and labour teams.
- Supervise carpentry, modular furniture, false ceilings, gypsum work, flooring, tiling, painting, plumbing and electrical coordination.
- Monitor civil works, including masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing.
- Prepare site measurements, BOQs, quantity estimations and material requirement statements.
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries and stock management.
- Maintain quality standards and minimise material wastage and rework.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and photographs.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, project managers and clients.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness and proper workmanship.
- Assist with snagging, rectification, final inspections and project handover.




- Travel to project locations across Tamil Nadu and other states if required.

Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior execution.
- Practical knowledge of residential interiors, commercial fit-outs and civil finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurements, quantity estimation and material planning.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and MS Excel.
- Robust site supervision, contractor coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites outside Chennai.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Work Location: Around Tamilnadu Head Office: Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
