Udhyam Constructions is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise civil work on site, with close attention to drawings, specifications, progress and work quality. We are looking for someone who connects the requirements shown in drawings with the activities taking place each day.

Oversee daily work and coordinate with labour, subcontractors, vendors and engineers so that site activities remain aligned with project requirements and timelines. Monitor quality and finishing throughout execution, communicate site requirements clearly and handle your responsibilities independently.

The role includes coordinating material requirements and usage, limiting material waste, maintaining daily reports and supporting quantity checks and measurements for billing. You will maintain site safety and discipline,



follow and help implement site policies and procedures, and assist with project handover.

Candidates should bring 2-4 years of relevant experience, including proven site management experience with reputed contractors. Good communication and coordination skills are essential. Experience in interior projects is desirable.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred for this engineering role. ITI candidates may apply through the supervisor roles in the same recruitment campaign.

This is an in-person position based in Kochi, with travel to project sites required. Pay within INR 20,000-50,000 per month will reflect experience and performance. The position calls for someone who can stay close to site operations and coordinate work efficiently from daily execution through handover.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
