MIDHUN M-SQUARE CONSTRUCTION is looking for a responsible and technically competent siite engineer to supervise construction activities at project sites. The site Engineer will ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
key responsibilities:,
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications , and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site workers.
- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of civil and structural works.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment.
- prepare daily site progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
- identify site issues, delays, and technical problems and coordinate for timely solutions.
- review drawing and coordinate with the concerned departments for clarification of technical issues.
- Monitor project progress aganist the approved schedule.
- Support project planning, execution and handover activities.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma/B-Tech in civil engineer.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings and site practices.
- Basic knowledge of quality measurement and estimation.
