Job Summary The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily site execution activities.
- Read, interpret, and implement approved construction drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Prepare quantity calculations, measurements, and material requirements.
- Assist in billing, BOQ verification, and preparation of RA bills.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with the planning team.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor material consumption, labour productivity, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and measurement books.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, and billing.
- Understanding of project planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of quality control and construction safety standards.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to manage contractors, labour, and site activities independently.

Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Work Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction, commercial buildings, industrial projects, or similar construction works.

- Accuracy of quantity measurements and billing.
- Effective material and manpower utilization.
