Real Estate Developer based in Kochi, Kerala. Focusing on developing modern premium villas at ideal locations.

- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials.
- Inspecting work and overseeing quality control. Must be familiar with methods to check and ensure quality/specifications of building materials and verify the ratios/specifications used at each stage of construction.
- Will be required to communicate with customers from time to time on behalf of the company to provide updates on construction progress/issues/general queries or to host a customer or his representative during site visit.
- May be required to liaise with local government bodies in order to procure/extend permits or approvals




- Residents from Ernakulam or Thrissur who are within 10-15 KMs from Cochin International Airport area preferred.

Candidate Profile Engineering/Diploma in Civil with minimum 0-1 year of site supervision experience.

Need to have a two wheeler with a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
