We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and technically competent Civil & Turnkey Site Engineer to supervise and manage our residential construction project from piling and foundation works through final finishing and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise piling, foundation, RCC, masonry, and all civil construction activities.

Manage turnkey works, including electrical, plumbing, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and interior finishing.

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, labour, and suppliers.

Ensure quality workmanship, cost control, and timely project completion.

Monitor material requirements, site progress, and contractor measurements.

Maintain daily site reports and provide regular progress updates to the owner.

Ensure proper execution according to approved drawings and specifications.

Eligibility





Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in residential construction.

Must have hands-on experience managing projects from foundation to final handover.

Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, contractor management, and site coordination.

Ability to independently manage day-to-day site operations.

Job Location: Maradu, Ernakulam, Kerala

Employment: Full-time

Salary: Attractive remuneration, based on experience and capability.

Joining: Immediate / Negotiable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
