Udhyam Constructions is seeking a Site Coordinator - Civil Projects for a full time, in-person position in Kochi, Kerala. The salary is INR 20,000–50,000 per month. There are 5 openings in total across our civil site recruitment campaign.

This role focuses on coordinating the people, materials and daily activities involved in civil site work. You will coordinate labour, vendors, subcontractors and engineers, supervise day-to-day site operations and keep work aligned with drawings and specifications. Attention to timelines, quality and finishing will be central to your daily responsibilities.

You will follow up on site materials and support the control of material waste. Your duties also include maintaining daily reports, assisting with quantities and measurements for billing, supporting project handover, and maintaining site safety and discipline. You may also contribute to developing and implementing site policies and procedures. Travel to project sites is required.

We are looking for 2–4 years of experience,



including proven site management experience with reputed contractors. A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. Interior project experience is desirable. ITI candidates with relevant civil site supervision experience may also apply.

Good communication and coordination skills are essential because the role brings several site activities together. You should be able to work independently, handle assigned responsibilities efficiently and communicate daily progress clearly.

The position offers an opportunity to take practical responsibility for coordinated site operations, from daily supervision and material follow-up through reporting, measurement support and handover. Your contribution will help keep the site team working to the same drawings, specifications and timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
