- Develop & Configure Siebel CRM Solutions : Specialize in telecom-related processes and requirements.
- Siebel Configuration Activities :
- Account & Contact Management
- Assistant Order Management and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)

- Leverage modules such as:

- Siebel Workforce Management
- Partner Relationship Management (PRM)/Dealer Management
- Field Service
- BI Publisher for reporting.

- Version Expertise : Work with Siebel Version 20.xxxx or above , ensuring seamless performance and integration.




- RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) : Design and implement solutions (preferred skill).

Qualifications

- Experience : 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and configuration.
- Telecom Background : Proven experience in the telecom industry, ideally working on Siebel implementations for telecom companies.

- Technical Skills
- Expertise in Account & Contact Management , Assistant Order Management , and EAI .
- Experience with Siebel PRM/Dealer Management , Field Service , and Workforce Management .
- Proficiency in Siebel BI Publisher Reports and Version 20.xxxx or higher .
- Knowledge of RODOD is a plus.
