Citiart specialises in commercial interior projects, focusing on quality execution, efficient project management, and timely delivery. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage in office execution, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure projects are completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day site activities for commercial interior fit-outs and civil works.
- Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior finishing works.
- Ensure efficient utilisation of manpower and materials at the site.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.

2. Project Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and milestones.
- Ensure work is completed as per project schedules and escalate delays or potential bottlenecks.
- Verify site measurements and coordinate for material requirements and deliveries.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and update project status.

3. Quality Control & Safety

- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Inspect completed work and identify deviations from approved drawings or specifications.
- Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and proper housekeeping.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve execution issues.

4. Material & Contractor Management

- Track material consumption, availability,



and wastage at the site.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
- Supervise contractors and labour teams to ensure productivity and quality.
- Verify measurements and support quantity calculations and billing certification.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, work records, and material registers.
- Report project progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the reporting manager.
- Assist in snagging, rectification, and final handover of completed projects.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in site execution, preferably in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, retail spaces, or commercial construction.
- Good understanding of civil works, interior finishing, and construction drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Experience managing contractors, labour teams, and on-site execution.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project reporting; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
