Job Summary

DeoDap is looking for a responsible and experienced Showroom Manager to manage day-to-day showroom operations, supervise staff, handle customers, maintain product displays, monitor stock, and support overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete daily showroom operations.
- Supervise, guide, and monitor showroom staff.
- Ensure proper customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
- Track daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and basic showroom records.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional standards in the showroom.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounts, Sales, and Management teams when required.
- Train showroom staff regarding products, customer handling, and sales process.




- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all showroom staff.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail, showroom, or sales management.
- Previous experience in handling a team is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
- Candidate should be responsible, presentable, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Candidates from Rajkot will be preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
