Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day shop-floor manufacturing and assembly activities.

- Read, interpret, and understand mechanical engineering drawings.

- Allocate work to shop-floor workers and ensure timely execution as per drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate effectively with the Stores and Purchase teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and components.

- Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and adherence to production schedules.

- Resolve routine shop-floor issues and ensure smooth workflow between departments.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a machinery manufacturing environment.

- Good understanding of mechanical drawings, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.

- Robust shop-floor management, worker-handling, and coordination skills.

- A proactive, disciplined, and hands-on approach with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
