Role & responsibilities
- Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan.
- Allocate jobs and manpower to CNC/VMC machines.
- Monitor machine setup, tool setting, offsets, and CNC programs.
- Ensure components meet drawing specifications and dimensional tolerances.
- Monitor first-piece and in-process inspections.
- Maintain product quality, traceability, and batch identification.
- Minimize rejection, rework, tool breakage, and machine downtime.
- Ensure machine maintenance, housekeeping, and 5S activities.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards such as ISO 13485, where applicable.
- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift handover records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning departments.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets and on-time delivery.
