Role: Leads a production team during a shift to meet output, quality, safety, and cost targets, linking operators with plant management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and assign tasks, and track output against the production schedule
- Ensure quality standards and SOPs are followed
- Enforce safety, PPE, and 5S practices
- Supervise, train, and motivate operators
- Coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime
- Maintain shift reports and handover notes
- Drive waste reduction and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (or ITI with solid experience)
- 2-5 years in manufacturing
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
