Job Summary

JJ Bakers is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for smooth shift operations, sales performance, inventory control, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bakery and QSR operations during the assigned shift.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor product quality, presentation, freshness, and availability.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage billing, cash handling, POS operations, and shift closing reports.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product expiry.
- Ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, counter staff, and management team.
- Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of daily targets.




- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.

Key Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in bakery, QSR, café, restaurant, or retail food operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of POS billing, cash management, and inventory control.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in QSR brands, bakery chains, cafés, or quick-service restaurants will be preferred. Experience in shift handling, staff scheduling, sales monitoring, stock management, and customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
