- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the shift.

- Supervise store staff and allocate daily duties.

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and staff discipline.

- Ensure proper customer service and handle customer complaints.

- Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving sales targets.

- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.

- Monitor stock availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.

- Ensure proper receiving, checking, and storage of goods.

- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods and check product expiry dates.

- Monitor product quality, damaged goods, and wastage.

- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display.





- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments.

- Prepare daily sales, stock, attendance, and shift handover reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Report operational issues, stock discrepancies, and customer complaints to management.

- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for the store.

- Guide and train new employees on store operations and customer handling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
