Required Technical Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) .
- Robust experience in configuring and customizing SPM modules including:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Agile Development
- Investment Funding
- Program & Portfolio Management
- Time Card Management
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM integration with SPM.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Notifications.
- Experience in creating and customizing Forms, Lists, Service Catalogs, Workspaces, Dashboards, Reports, and Performance Analytics
