Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into ServiceNow IRM configurations, technical designs, and implementation plans.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow IRM solutions, workflows, scripts, and JavaScript utilities in line with platform standards.

- Prepare estimates for design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.

- Develop technical and implementation documentation covering configuration, integrations, scripts, and release changes.

- Participate in unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing by reviewing test scripts, resolving defects, and supporting automation objectives.

- Coordinate with product owners, Agile champions, and release train engineers to prepare and promote approved configurations through production releases.

- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and use Rally to manage stories, defects, sprint activities, and delivery status.

- Provide technical recommendations that support clean design, reuse, maintainability,



and alignment with shared platform standards.

Skills Required:

- 3-11 years of experience in ServiceNow development, system analysis, programming, or related technology delivery roles.

- Hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow IRM solutions.

- Solid JavaScript experience, including the ability to create and maintain ServiceNow scripts and utilities.

- Experience using Rally for Agile planning, work tracking, and delivery coordination.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.

- Understanding of ServiceNow development lifecycle practices, configuration management, testing, and implementation documentation.

Good to Have

- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile delivery environments.

- Exposure to automation testing, machine learning, generative AI, or ServiceNow Now Assist.

Education:

B.Tech or B.E. degree.
