Role Description This full-time ServiceNow Engineer role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The ServiceNow Engineer will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules to support IT service management and other business workflows.

Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining custom applications, workflows, and integrations, troubleshooting platform issues, and optimizing system performance and usability. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices and organizational standards. The engineer will participate in release management, documentation,



and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the ServiceNow environment, with preference for immediate joiners.

Qualifications

- Minimum exp of 7 years
- Candidates should possess solid ServiceNow platform skills, including configuration, customization, and administration of core modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
- Candidates should possess relevant development skills, such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration experience with third-party systems.
- Candidates should possess IT service management and ITIL-related skills, including understanding of service delivery processes, SLAs, and best practices.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, optimize workflows, and improve system performance and user experience.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders, document technical solutions, and support end users effectively.
- Beneficial qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD), and experience in hybrid work environments.
- Beneficial experience includes working in consulting or enterprise environments, familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, and the ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
