? Job Summary

Qloron Technology is looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Team Lead to manage Business-as-Usual (BAU) enhancements, platform maintenance, and delivery activities for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine solid ServiceNow HRSD expertise with team leadership, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and production support experience.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day ServiceNow HRSD enhancement and maintenance activities.
- Manage and prioritize the enhancement backlog in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
- Review business requirements, solution designs, and effort estimates.
- Assign tasks and monitor team delivery, quality, and SLA compliance.
- Oversee incident, problem, and service request resolution.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), releases, and production deployments.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and service performance metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR business teams and technical teams.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.





? Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Overall ServiceNow experience: 8–10+ years.
- ServiceNow HRSD experience: 4–5+ years.
- HRSD BAU enhancements and maintenance: 3–5+ years.
- Team leadership and delivery management: 2–3+ years.
- Strong experience managing enhancement backlogs and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with incident, problem, and service request management.
- Experience coordinating UAT, releases, and production deployments.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and delivery management skills.

? Nice to Have
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
- Experience maintaining knowledge articles, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

- Work Mode: 100% Remote across India
- Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
