Integration Expertise

- Integration Hub & Spokes: Utilizing pre-built connectors ("spokes") in Flow Designer to integrate with Microsoft, Azure, SuccessFactors, SAP and other tools without extensive coding.
- API Development: Creating and consuming custom Scripted REST APIs for complex data transformations or when OOB spokes are insufficient.
- Data Protocols: Deep proficiency in JSON parsing, XML, SOAP and RESTful APIs.
- MID Server Management: Configuring and maintaining MID Servers to facilitate secure communication between ServiceNow and internal/external network applications.
- Data Integration & Mapping: Using Import Sets and Transform Maps to synchronize data, ensuring data remains accurate and in its original source system.

Core Responsibilities
- Work with clients and provide leadership on ITSM best practices.
- Gather and understand requirements from clients.
- Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
- Design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Develop and test all ServiceNow and ITSM Applications Suite implementations.
- Install and configure the ServiceNow infrastructure environment.
- Assist in designing,



developing and demonstrating the product.
- Participate in project team collaboration sessions with PM, ITTL engineers and administrators.
- Provide support for existing production applications and recommend opportunities for enhancements.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field.
- 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow products.
- 2+ years of experience developing with the ServiceNow software suite.
- Experience in upgrades to ServiceNow.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certified.
- Knowledge and experience with web development (HTML, JavaScript, C++, HTTP).
- Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering current and enhanced applications.
- Experience with IT Service Management, service desk, asset management, incident management and change management via ServiceNow is preferred.
- Experience setting up ServiceNow Catalogs .
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-team collaboration skills.
