Role Name: ServiceNow Architect - Any Niche Module

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement scalable ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and enterprise technology strategies.
- Lead solution design and development across ServiceNow modules such as ITAM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, CMDB, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, Field Service Management (FSM), and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), NowAssist
- Provide architectural guidance for platform modernization, module expansion, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and third-party tools.
- Architect and review workflows, Flow Designer solutions, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish ServiceNow development standards, governance frameworks, security controls, and platform best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
- Drive platform optimization, CMDB maturity, asset lifecycle management, operational excellence, and automation initiatives.
- Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement programs.
- Mentor developers and technical consultants, providing leadership and technical direction across delivery teams.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Mandatory)

Location: Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Chennai/ Kolkata/ Mumbai/ NCR/ (Pan Inda)

Experience Range: 7+ Years

Qualifications: Any UG/ PG (Full time and Regular)

Certifications: CSA/ CAD
