We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Technician to join our technical service team. The ideal candidate will assist in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of equipment while ensuring high-quality customer support. The role requires a willingness to learn, travel for onsite service assignments, and provide technical assistance to customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performing basic technical task such as quality inspection, functional tests, repairs of packaging, sealing and coading machines.
- Perform onsite and offsite service activities, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment as assigned.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers through video calls whenever required.
- Deliver basic technical training to customers to ensure proper usage, maintenance, and safe handling of equipment.
Requirements:
- ITI, Eng. Diploma
- Fresher are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant service or maintenance experience will have an added advantage .
- Physically fit and willing to travel for onsite service assignments and handle equipment.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a full-time salaried position.
