We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage enterprise Automation Services across UiPath, KNIME, AI, and analytics platforms. The role involves end-to-end service ownership, ITSM operations, governance, compliance, vendor management, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Service Request Management processes.
- Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, service dashboards, and operational performance.
- Drive platform governance, risk management, compliance, audits, and lifecycle management.
- Manage ServiceNow, CMDB, service onboarding, support models (L1/L2/L3), and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors,



service providers, and stakeholders to ensure service quality.
- Drive automation adoption, service improvements, and innovation across GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud automation platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in Service Management, IT Operations, or Automation Services.
- Knowledge of UiPath, KNIME, AI/Analytics platforms, and automation governance.
- Robust understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes, ServiceNow, SLAs, KPIs, and service governance.
- Experience in vendor management, compliance, cybersecurity, and stakeholder management.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
