Position Details:

Position Name : Service Manager (CNC & VMC Machines)

Location : Gurgaon Corporate Office

Experience : 15+ years

Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Salary Package : Up to 16 LPA

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining CNC and VMC machines
- Strong troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of service engineers
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the service team for CNC and VMC machines.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests.
- Plan preventive maintenance and service schedules.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, and principals on technical matters.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
