5. Productivity & efficiency improvement

6. Improve customer satisfaction CSI
7. Setting goals for entire service area in cooperation with the management.
8. Regular observing of customer & competition
9. Behavior as well as of the quality of own consulting, delivery & Workshop services.
10. Drawing up clearly defined service strategies.
11. Staff assignment planning & recruitment, employee training, optimization of the payments/ bonus system.

Skills Requirements:

1. Good people management skills

2. High process orientation
3. Read write & speak English

4. Good technical knowledge

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
