About us

We supply rubber and silicone processing machinery and automation solutions to manufacturers across India.

Role

- Install, commission and service rubber/silicone processing machinery at customer sites
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, PLC/HMI, drive and electrical issues, on site and remotely
- Train operators and carry out preventive maintenance visits
- Promote and sell AMCs, spare parts and service jobs; prepare quotations and follow up to closure
- Maintain customer machine records, AMC renewals and service reports
- Pass new machine leads to the sales team

Requirements

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics




- 2-5 years in industrial machinery service or maintenance (rubber, plastics or hydraulic preferred)
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC/HMI, VFDs and temperature controllers
- Valuable communication in Hindi, English, Marathi
- Additional Language: Telugu and Tamil
- Willing to travel frequently; service sales experience is a plus
