Qualification: Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

- Basic to good knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Ability to diagnose faults in electronic equipment, PCBs, power supplies, and related circuits.

- Hands-on experience with a digital multimeter and other basic testing instruments.

- Positive understanding of electrical wiring, circuit diagrams, connectors, and cable assemblies.

- Knowledge of PCB testing, component-level troubleshooting, and soldering.

- Ability to install, test, calibrate, and maintain electronic equipment.

- Basic computer knowledge, including Windows installation, driver installation, and software troubleshooting.

- Ability to prepare service reports, document faults, and maintain service records.

- Good customer-handling and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer locations for installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support.

- Ability to work independently, coordinate with the R&D; team, and provide timely technical support.
