Role &

Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation and setup of gym equipment at customer locations.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting software, electrical, and technical issues related to gym equipment.
- Visit client locations to attend service calls and customer complaints.
- Assist in performing on-site servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Respond to customer service requests and help ensure timely resolution of issues.




- Learn to identify equipment faults and provide appropriate technical support under supervision.
- Maintain accurate service records and update service-related information in the company database.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient handling of customer complaints.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while handling equipment and conducting service activities.

Skills &

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Basic technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems.
- Interest in learning about gym equipment installation, servicing, and maintenance.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers and team members.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant entry-level experience may apply.
