Role Description This full-time Service Engineer role is an on-site position based in Gurgaon.

The Service

Engineer will perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment, diagnose technical issues, and carry out troubleshooting activities to restore normal operation.

Responsibilities include providing field service at customer locations, delivering timely technical support, and documenting service activities and recommendations. The role involves clear communication with clients and internal teams, adherence to safety and quality standards, and proactive identification of potential issues to reduce downtime.

Engineer will coordinate with supervisors on service schedules and ensure customer satisfaction through skilled and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site visits, customer interaction, and hands-on work in operational environments.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for routine servicing, corrective actions, and replacement of faulty components.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, documenting findings, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
- Comfort working in industrial or commercial environments and following safety protocols.
- Prior experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role is preferred.
