Job Overview

We are hiring Service Desk – Technical Support professionals to provide technical assistance and customer support. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and emails.
- Troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues.
- Provide basic support for Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN.
- Maintain accurate incident records and update ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate.




- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates currently pursuing their education are not eligible.

Salary Package ₹3.0–₹5.5 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Work Schedule

- 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Night shifts may be required.
- Weekly offs and shift schedules as per company policy.
