Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician to oversee the service, troubleshooting, and repair of road construction and earth-moving machinery across site locations in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have robust mechanical and technical expertise in maintaining equipment efficiency and minimizing site downtime.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on heavy machinery, including backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, excavators, motor graders, soil compactors, dozers, pavers, and material-handling equipment.
- Repairs & Part Replacements: Conduct mechanical and hydraulic repairs; replace worn-out or damaged parts to ensure optimal machine performance and site safety.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults on-site to identify swift solutions and reduce machine downtime.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with field technicians, equipment operators, and project supervisors to ensure job completion within the deadlines.
- Safety & Compliance:



Adhere strictly to site safety guidelines and maintain equipment service logs and records.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday of the month is OFF)
- Weekly Off: Every Sunday OFF

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
- Statutory Benefits: Provident Fund (PF)

Qualifications & Skills

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical
- Proven hands-on experience in servicing and repairing heavy road construction equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and heavy machinery electrical components.
- Ability to work on field sites across Delhi-NCR, Punjab.
