Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Engineer L1 to provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and fluency in Hindi.





Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level IT support to users through calls, emails, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Assist users with login issues, password resets, and account access.
- Identify, record, and track incidents and service requests.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of user queries and maintain customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
- Language: Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to diagnose basic technical issues and follow standard procedures.
