Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Service Advisors to support daily operations at an automobile workshop. The candidate will communicate with customers regarding vehicle service requirements, coordinate repair activities with technicians, and maintain service records to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer concerns and vehicle service requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections with workshop technicians.
- Prepare job cards and explain recommended maintenance and repair work.
- Communicate estimated repair costs and delivery schedules to customers.
- Follow up with technicians regarding vehicle repair progress.
- Provide timely updates to customers about service status.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records.




- Handle customer queries professionally and support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- DME, DAE, BE, or a relevant qualification in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in an automobile workshop or service department.
- Knowledge of computer systems and workshop management software.
- Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary up to ₹28,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and skills.
