Role & responsibilities
- Attend customers visiting the service center and understand their vehicle problems.
- Prepare job cards and explain required servicing and repair work.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Inform customers about service costs, repair status, and delivery time.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers after servicing.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in automobile or two-wheeler service center preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bikes, scooters, and vehicle servicing.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for preparing job cards and service records.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and ensure customer satisfaction.
