Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

- Prepare job cards and explain the required service or repairs.

- Provide service cost estimates and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

- Keep customers informed about service progress and additional repair requirements.

- Ensure proper documentation and follow dealership service procedures.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns.

- Follow up with customers after service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle maintenance.

- Good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Diploma / Degree.

- Experience: Freshers or candidates with automobile service experience may apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
