We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Server to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with seating as required.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and take accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and feedback.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams for smooth service.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently.
- Process bills and payments accurately, when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A team-oriented mindset and passion for delivering excellent service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
