We are hiring a Senior Team Lead – Digital Marketing who can take full ownership of digital campaigns, team coordination, and client management. This role requires a strong background in SEO, link building, technical SEO, and content writing, along with the ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with clients.

We are specifically looking for a candidate who can lead with confidence, manage client expectations, and drive performance through well-executed digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team across multiple projects
- Handle regular communication with clients, including weekly/monthly update calls
- Plan and execute effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical)
- Develop and manage link-building campaigns with a focus on quality
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation
- Supervise and contribute to content writing, editing, and optimization
- Manage websites and landing pages using WordPress,



Wix, and Squarespace
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Stay updated with current SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Proven experience with link building, keyword research, and content strategy
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms including WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple client accounts

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
