Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO Specialist with strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Off-Page SEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, planning and executing SEO strategies, improving organic rankings, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Page SEO

- Perform keyword research, keyword mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Develop content optimization strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Identify and resolve keyword cannibalization and content optimization issues.

2. Technical SEO

- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website issues.
- Work on website indexing, crawling, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and redirects.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and overall website performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting rankings and organic traffic.
- Implement and validate structured data and schema markup.

3. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

- Plan and execute effective backlink acquisition strategies.
- Build high-quality, relevant, and authoritative backlinks.
- Conduct backlink audits and competitor backlink analysis.
- Identify link-building opportunities through guest posting, outreach, and relevant industry websites.
- Monitor backlink quality and avoid spammy or harmful link-building practices.

SEO Performance & Reporting

- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve results.
- Prepare regular SEO reports with clear insights, progress, and action plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of On-Page, Technical, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Valuable understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and Google Search guidelines.
- Ability to conduct SEO audits and execute strategies independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
