Job Overview

Sky Automobile, Mahindra’s Authorised Service Centre, is looking for a customer-oriented and responsible Service Advisor to manage customer interactions, understand vehicle service requirements, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards with accurate customer details, vehicle information, and reported complaints.
- Explain the required services, repair work, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians, the Service Manager, and other workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Provide customers with regular updates regarding service progress and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation of job cards, service history, estimates, and invoices.
- Conduct vehicle inspections with customers, where required, and record any existing damages or concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending repairs, service feedback, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery after confirming that the required service work has been completed.




- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Service Manager when required.
- Promote recommended services and maintain good customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and Mahindra service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate or relevant qualification in any stream; automobile-related qualifications will be an advantage.
- Experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or authorised service centre is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and automobile terminology.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage multiple customer requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with job card and billing processes.
- Valuable organisational skills and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a four-wheeler automobile service centre, preferably in a Mahindra authorised service centre.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints calmly and professionally.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Work Location: Sky Automobile, next to Prema Laxman High School, Pendkarpada, Mira Road East, Mumbai. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
