Job Overview

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Manager to lead SEO strategies, manage team performance, and improve organic visibility for national and international client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and practical experience using AI tools for SEO optimization.

Important: We are hiring only candidates residing in Surat City. Applications from candidates outside Surat will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website visibility.
- Lead and manage SEO campaigns across multiple client projects.
- Oversee On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO activities.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Manage backlink strategies, content optimization, and internal linking.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Analyze SEO data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Guide, mentor, and monitor the performance of SEO team members.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve SEO research, content optimization,



reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills
- 1+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including team management or campaign leadership.
- Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, website audits, and backlink analysis.
- Robust analytical, strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and their features for SEO research, optimization, and workflow automation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and achieve performance targets.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant SEO certifications will be an added advantage.
